 All levels of experience are welcome!  Dress comfortably 

and bring a yoga mat.  

 Join us on Wednesdays from 5 to 6 pm in which we hand out a FREE meal.  From the comfort & safety of your vehicle, we will hand you a packaged meal to take home & enjoy.  This event is sponsored by our Outreach Team.  All are welcome.
